Maybe that is just me, but I tend to see that all the time in those areas

More commonly I've seen people offering to run people from Rankor to Droknar's - and that's always baffled me. If someone was running from Beacon's Perch they don't normally stop at Rankor - it's usually all the way to Droknar's. I find it hard to believe the runners get any business.
